Mourne Vital is a sports nutrition shop from County Down. We keep the range short: drinks for before, during and after training, and creatine for every day.

FAQ
When should I drink the protein shake?
Most people have one after training, but it works any time you want a quick protein top-up. Each bottle has 20 g protein and 126 kcal, with no fat and no added sugar.
What's in VitHit Lean & Green?
Water, apple and elderflower, maté tea, L-carnitine and added vitamins, at 35 calories a bottle.
VitHit or the Per4m Hydrate shot?
VitHit is a 500 ml bottle to sip through a session or a long walk. The Per4m Hydrate shot is a 100 ml electrolyte top-up with zero sugar, small enough for a pocket on the hill.
How strong is the Little Dragon shot?
Each 60 ml shot has 200 mg caffeine, about two cups of coffee. Have one 20–30 minutes before training and don't take more than one a day. It's not suitable for children, or for anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or sensitive to caffeine. It's Informed Sport tested.
Powder or gummies: which creatine should I pick?
Both give you creatine monohydrate. Conteh powder is unflavoured: stir 5 g into water or a shake, 30 servings a tub. The Applied Nutrition gummies give you 3 g from four gummies, 20 servings a bag, if you'd rather chew than mix. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise when you take 3 g a day.

Can I order online?
Not yet. For now the range is sold at Mourne Fitness. Online ordering with delivery is coming soon.
How do I pay?
Use the card reader at the counter. Tap your card, phone or watch. Any bank card works, so you don't need a Revolut account. Card only, no cash.
